AEGIS Semicondutores, founded in 1982, started its activities producing stud type diodes. Along  the years, its line of products has grown into diodes, thyristors, modules, Schottky diodes, press-fit diodes, compact rectifier bridges, rectifier systems, AC controllers, stacks and a complete line of accessories, including control and trigger circuit boards for thyristors and heatsinks for a great deal of applications.



Our researchers team develops new processes to help our customers to solve their problems. AEGIS has a world wide distribution network, and is currently exporting from "chips" to complete high power rectifier systems.
